I interviewed Ian Fox and Annette Dubois, husband and wife founders of The Meditation Zone, regarding the interesting topic of mindfulness.

During the interview, we discuss how you can integrate mindfulness seamlessly into your life (including of course your working environment), to help with various areas of your life such as how to and overwhelm, or how to gain resilience and self-confidence.
